These terms apply to your use of globalvideochat.com ("GlobalVideoChat", "we"). By using the site or starting a video chat from it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in the place where you live, to use this site or the video chat. By tapping Start video chat you confirm that you are. Do not use the site where adult video chat is against the law.

2. What GlobalVideoChat is

GlobalVideoChat is an independent website. The video chat on it is provided by CooMeet, a third-party service, and loads from CooMeet's servers inside a frame on our page. CooMeet runs the chat, matching, any accounts, Premium features and payments, under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply as soon as you use the chat. GlobalVideoChat does not run accounts, take payments or see your video, audio or messages.

3. Free use and Premium

You can start a video chat for free and without an account. Some features and longer use require CooMeet Premium. CooMeet sets the features, limits and prices and shows them before you pay. Questions about an account, a subscription, a charge or a refund go to CooMeet support from inside the chat.

4. No guarantees about who you meet

GlobalVideoChat does not promise a particular person, country, language or gender in any match, or any waiting time. Who is available depends on the time and on the people using the service.

5. How to behave

• Only chat as yourself, on your own camera.
• No minors, ever. Leave and report any chat where someone appears to be under 18.
• No harassment, threats, hate, fraud, spam, or recording or sharing other people without their consent.
• Follow CooMeet's rules inside the chat. CooMeet may moderate, restrict or ban accounts.

6. Illustrations on this site

The mascots and artwork on GlobalVideoChat are illustrations for decoration only. They are not users of the service and do not show who is online.

7. Availability

We provide the site "as is". The chat may be slow, unavailable or blocked by some networks and countries. We may change or stop the site at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, GlobalVideoChat is not liable for the chat service, for other users' conduct, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
