GlobalVideoChat works without cookies of its own. Here is everything stored in your browser when you use the site.

Necessary browser storage (no consent needed)

• gv_returning, gv_last_channel: remember that you used the chat, so it can reopen for you. Kept until you clear site data.
• gv_sid, gv_ev_land, gv_resumed, gv_exited: a random per-tab session ID, how you arrived, and whether the chat already reopened or you closed it in this tab. Deleted when you close the tab.
• gv_consent: your answer to the cookie notice.

Optional (only after you choose OK)

• Microsoft Clarity: usage analytics (taps, scrolling). Cookies such as _clck and _clsk.
• Google Analytics, if enabled: cookies such as _ga.

The video chat

The chat frame is provided by CooMeet and may set its own cookies and storage under CooMeet's domain. Those are covered by CooMeet's policies.

Your control

You can refuse optional cookies in the notice, and delete all of the above at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
